You can complete the scorecard and see results without giving any contact details. Your answers are scored in your browser.
Anonymous usage stats (optional)
If you tick the analytics box, we record anonymous events (started, question completed, finished, contact opt-in, booking click) with a random session ID, timestamp and any campaign tags in the link you used (UTM source, medium, campaign). We also save your anonymous scores. No name, email or IP address is stored with these events.
Contact details
Your overall score is shown without contact details. To unlock the full report, or to request a growth plan call, you enter your dealership name, category, your name, email and optional phone. We store these with your answers, scores and consent, and send them to our customer system (Go High Level) so Unknown Media House can deliver your report and contact you about your request. This is not consent to ongoing marketing.
Text messages (optional)
We only text you if you tick the separate text box and give a phone number. Texts relate to your scorecard and request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Service fit (optional)
You can see personalized service options without providing contact details. If you opt into analytics or request a report with contact consent, we store your selected revenue band, separate service and advertising budgets, niche, store count, decision authority, timing, content needs, priorities, category scores, recommended tier, reason codes and the pricing/rules used. With analytics consent we also record selected recommendation buttons and campaign tags, but no contact details in events. Only administrators can read these records. Call and sale outcomes remain unknown unless confirmed separately; a click never counts as a booking or sale.
Who can see it
Only signed-in Unknown Media House administrators. Responses are never published.
